Rani Mukerji is an Indian film Actress. She was born on March 21, 1978 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She is the daughter of Ram Mukherjee and Krishna Mukherjee. She made her acting debut with the Bengali film Biyer Phool in 1996.
She starred in the films Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Saathiya, Yuva, Hum Tum, Veer-Zaara, Black, Bunty Aur Babli, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, No One Killed Jessica, Talaash: The Answer Lies Within and Mardaani. She also appeared in the films Ghulam, Mann, Hello Brother, Hadh Kar Di Aapne, Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega, Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Chalte Chalte, Mangal Pandey: The Rising, Ta Ra Rum Pum, Saawariya and Dil Bole Hadippa!.
